Quilon is a very refined Indian restaurant which specialises in tangy seafood inspired by South Indian coastal cuisine and has attracted numerous accolades since it opened over a decade ago. House specialities include spiced grilled red snapper, Koondapur fish curry and pan fried lobster with Kashmundi mustard cream sauce and spices and dishes like guinea fowl masala will keep meat eaters happy. Chef Sriram Aylur has created a menu of contemporary, healthy dishes and doesn’t use butter or cream in his cuisine. There are an array of fixed price and a la carte menu options including an 8 course beer and food tasting menu.
