The Auberge

The Auberge Restaurant arguably has one of the best views on Guernsey - with a perfectly situated terrace and garden to take advantage of its cliff top position and panoramic views of St Peter’s Port Harbour and neighbouring Herm Island. Of course the view is not the only reason to visit; there's the great food with a modern British menu put together using local seasonal produce. The set menu offers very good value and with an emphasis on quality ingredients and depth of flavour, so expect lightly battered Guernsey fish with chunky chips, tartare sauce and mushy peas or the more refined roast chicken with fondant potato, honey and aubergine puree, roast garlic confit and a olive, tomato and thyme jus.
