Salvo's

Award-winning Salvo’s restaurant is a family run business located in Headingley. This is a traditional Italian restaurant with uncovered wood tables, warm tones of red on the walls which sport framed photographs of Italian life. The menu encompasses traditional Italian cooking and more contemporary southern European dishes. There is an extensive range of antipasti and pasta including frittura di calamarie zucchinne or ravioli ai funghi con tartufo, whilst main courses might be a simple fegato de vitello or a more unusual aubergine stuffed with Sicilian caponata and smoked ricotta. Sicilian lemon cheesecake, affogate all café and tiramisiu are included in the dessert menu. The wine list is primarily Italian and includes a large selection of Proseccos.
