The restaurant at this boutique hotel is in a contemporary conservatory offering stunning views over the Welsh countryside which provides many of the ingredients found on the menu. There is also an attractive terrace where you can enjoy pre-dinner drinks in the warmer months. The commitment to use local produce is clear from the food which changes with the seasons. The Llyn coastline provides crab and lobster which may find its way into an open ravioli starter served with lobster and béarnaise sauces. The sheep which graze on the Llyn peninsula are the source of such dishes as rack of lamb scented with rosemary and garlic with crushed cannellini. A Welsh inspired dinner could be completed with eggy Bara Brith with roasted nectarines and cinnamon ice cream.
