Paris House Restaurant

Part of acclaimed chef Alan Murchison's 10 in 8 Fine Dining Group, the restaurant is located in a magnificent black and white timber framed manor house surrounded by many acres of carefully tended parkland. Head chef Phil Fanning, and his team create modern British cuisine using time honoured classic techniques. Subtle combinations such as spiced smoked salmon, beetroot mousse, confit rhubarb and sorrel cress might complement a confit belly and roast fillet of pork, preserved fruits, Savoy cabbage and smoked apple puree from the à la Carte menu. There are several other menus including Vegetarian, Gourmand Tasting and Retro, the latter offering new takes on old classics such as Knickerbocker Glory. The wine list is comprehensive and includes a large selection of fine wines.
