Ocean is an exceptional fine dining restaurant showcasing modern British cooking in a classic setting with the emphasis on fresh Jersey produce.
Ocean has retained a Michelin Star since 2007 as well as four Rosettes in the AA Restaurant Guide, placing it in the top rank of restaurants in the British Isles. Executive Head Chef Mark Jordan creates sophisticated menus, including a seasonal a la carte, daily changing set menus and specially selected vegetarian dishes. Working together with the Genuine Jersey Products Association, Mark Jordan uses the best local ingredients and freshest produce from Jersey’s coast and countryside. Many of these products already have international recognition and arrive straight into the kitchen bearing the distinctive Genuine Jersey logo. Ocean’s design is influenced by its coastal setting. Blues, whites and beiges create a modern classic look, while delightful handcrafted furniture and specially commissioned artwork emphasize the feeling of luxury. White American shutters frame stunning views over the gardens to the ocean beyond.

Ocean Restaurant is part of the following Editors' Picks:
The Top Ten Restaurants for a Business Lunch by Alex Blyth
"Chosen by Lord Sugar as the location for the final treat in Series Six of The Apprentice, Ocean is a Michelin-starred restaurant overlooking a five-mile stretch of St Ouen’s Bay and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. The menu is heavily influenced by the sea, with Executive Head Chef, Mark Jordan serving up dishes such as fillet of Jersey sole, crab with crushed Jersey Royals, and lobster ravioli. This year it became one of only 15 restaurants in the country to receive four AA stars, and at just £20 for two courses it is remarkably affordable. What is more, on a one-hour flight from London you will have extra time to woo your prospective client."
