Minibar

Minibar remains true to its name as a petite gastro bar serving modern tapas. Filled with clean, sharp lines in off-white shades and plenty of chrome the spot lit counters and bar stools make the most of limited space. Resident chef Alexander Grant uses authentic ingredients from the areas of Spain where he was raised and learned his trade, to create a range of tapas plates and platters. Well known classics of croquetas, ensalada Mediterranea and chorizo Iberico sit alongside Alexander’s own globally inspired inventions such as duck liver pate served with toasted bread, Cognac marinated raisins and truffle oil. Particular attention is paid to the specialist Spanish cheeses and cured meats. The exclusively Spanish wine list is well conceived with more customary sherry options also available by the glass.
