Drinkers and diners combine to create a lively atmosphere at Mimosa Kitchen & Bar, it’s a bright, open-plan space with a modern interior – including a brushed steel bar, dark wooden tables, leather chairs and Welsh slate floors – and has a small al fresco dining area. On the a la carte menu you’ll find a mix of traditional Welsh fare like Welsh lamb cawl, as well as more contemporary dishes which have been given a Welsh twist such as gnocchi served in a creamy Perl Las (organic blue Welsh cheese) sauce. There is also great selection of shared platters, burgers, sandwiches and bar snacks to choose from including a Welsh black beef burger or a mushroom and pancetta Welsh rarebit with Y Fenni cheese.
