Longueville Manor is a country manor house turned boutique hotel with 30 luxury rooms and suites set in 16 acres of grounds which incorporate woodlands and an enchanting lake, home to a bevy of black swans. The restaurant has two dining rooms; the dark and dramatic Oak Room, where sumptuous 400 year old oak-panels adorn the wall - and the brighter, more contemporary Garden Room with French windows that open onto the landscaped gardens and pool terrace. The restaurant offers daily lunch and dinner menus, and champions a seasonal Discovery Menu which focuses on local and sustainability-sourced ingredients with wines matched to each course, so expect the Pouilly Fumé to marry perfectly with the hand dived scallops with a coral butter sauce and garden leeks on offer.
