The London Street Brasserie, or LSB to the locals enjoys an extremely good central location overlooking the River Kennet, close to the Oracle Shopping Centre and a short walk from the train station. LSB is a chic, bright and airy space with local art for sale hung on the walls. Little touches like Jo Malone handwash and moisturiser in the restrooms keep the local shopping crowd happy, as does the Champagne by the glass and Oyster and Caviar bar. Fresh seasonal, local ingredients are used including lamb, chicken and mutton from the chef’s own farm – enjoy the local Asparagus Salad on the terrace on a fine summers day, or the Very Slow Roast Belly of Robert Jackson's Old Spot Pork when a winter warmer is in order.

We have had a lovely dinner. Food and service excellent. Good atmosphere. Love all the twinkly lights and crates of wine.

I came with my family and we had all different starters and main course. Every course tasted amazing and was beautifully presented. Service was quick and friendly.

I had a recent visit with my wife and friends. We were going to a show so had the £15 two course menu. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to choose between two menus. We had to be out because of our time constraint of the theatre but still managed to enjoy the delicious food at a relaxed and comfortable pace. Great.

The menu is massive, varied and full of fresh ingredients. The wine list was also comprehensive. A great night.

Food and service is top notch! Had a meal with my wife for our anniversary. The menu choice made it really hard to choose, but it was delicious. The staff, especially our charming waiter, was friendly and really knew his wines. I love the restaurant décor. A great find, will be returning.

The restaurant has something that few places has. A high standard of service and an essence of fine dining with a relaxed casual environment and friendly staff. It's a place doesn't over charge too. There's a great set menu and even the a la carte if you want to push the boat out a little.

We were recommended by a friend. We were very impressed with the smooth service and the knowledge of the menu from the waiter. The food was on par with the service. I had the monk fish and it was amazing (we will visit again).
