Koffmann's

The rustic flowers add a note of informality to this otherwise sophisticatedly attired restaurant located in London’s swish Berkeley hotel. You can watch the production of your dinner unfold in the open kitchen from one of the grey leather banquettes perhaps while enjoying an apéritif de fleurs de sureau. Inspiration for the menu is taken from the eponymous chef’s native Gascony. Culinary legend Pierre Koffmann’s signature dishes include a starter of scallops with ink sauce and cauliflower puree and his modern classic pig’s trotter stuffed with sweetbreads and morels for main alongside classic brasserie dishes such as roast duck with orange sauce. Desserts such as Gascon apple pie with armagnac sound simple but are exquisitely presented. The vast wine list encompasses all corners of France.
