Hélène Darroze’s menu at The Connaught reflects her passion for regional, seasonal flavours of her native South West France. There are a range of menus to choose from a la carte, set lunch, brunch, as well as a signature menu and inspiration tasting menus which include dishes such as Duck Fois Gras from Les Lanes Confit in Spiced Sangria Wine and Roasted Rack of Seabass in a Crust of Chives with White Coco Beans from Pigna. The grand dining room boasts dark panelling and cornicing, a couple of striking Damien Hirsts and sumptuous flourishes from Parisian designer India Mahdavi making it an ideal setting for both business lunches during the day and special romantic dinners at night.
