Some say British brothers, Chris and Jeff Galvin are beating the French at their own game by winning more awards and critical acclaim in the Bistro business in London than many of their French counterparts. There’s a chic, Parisian feel to the dining room with dark mahogany panelling, green-leathers banquettes and fun, bright prints. The tightly packed tables create an informal, bustling vibe. Bistro classics are made using the best seasonal ingredients and represents incredibly good value for the quality of the food, especially given the central location.
