Didier Suvé is classically trained chef and prepares French regional cuisine using the best of South Wales’ local ingredients. Regulars return to explore the regularly changing menu which features mains such as Rabbit Casserole with Prunes, Rosemary-flavoured Rack of Welsh Lamb and Beef Bourguignon and classic desserts like Tart Tartin, Creme Brulee and Poached Pear served in a Mulled Wine Jus.
