A cluster of white washed cottages, some dating back to the 16th century, house this luxury restaurant with rooms some 20 minutes west of Edinburgh. The restaurant has built a reputation, over the last 25 years, for serving the finest Aberdeen Angus beef. This comes from cattle reared exclusively for Champany Inn. The combination of this beef with the finest native Scottish seafood provides inimitable « surf and turf ». The complex also houses the Chop and Ale House that serves an equally high standard of food in less formal surroundings and at a lower price. Champany Inn has an award winning wine cellar made up from over 1000 bins of the finest wines from all over the world and a well-chosen range of house wines.
