Conveniently located just 100 yards from the station, Brasserie Vacherin is a classic French brassierie by award winning chef Malcolm John that’s open all day from 8am serving traditional Parisian gastronomy at keen prices. Depending on the time of day and your appetite you may try eggs benedict, moules mariniere, escargot de bourgogne, supreme of cod served with ratatouile and roasted potatoes or splash out on the28 day aged chateaubriand, roast bone marrow and frites to share. The decor is intimate and chic, service quick and efficient, and prices good with a decent wine list offering a range of affordable half litre carafes and by the glass options.
