The Print Room & Ink Bar & Brasserie

The Print Room makes the most of the grand proportions of this former Bournemouth Echo building. Glamorous crystal chandeliers hang from the high ceilings above the classic black and white checked Terrazzo floor and the large space is broken up with comfortable wooden booths. In true brasserie style you can dine all day here, from a breakfast of eggs florentine; a lunchtime plat du jour of toad in the hole with onion gravy to a late afternoon meal of omelette aux fine herb with French fries. The selection of grills includes a Scottish dry aged 28 day hung 10oz rib eye steak as well as a 100% Aberdeen Angus beef burger with pickle, red onion, beef tomato and bacon. Main courses range from the classically Italian spaghetti vongole to a very French grilled calf's liver and sauce diable.
