Queen's Arms Hotel

Situated in the picturesque village of East Garston, The Queen’s Arms hotel is cosy countryside retreat, whose location and quintessential Englishness informs its menu. The 40-cover restaurant has a constantly changing repertoire that evolves with the seasons and features local produce and game, a favourite of its Scottish chef Gary Burns. Burns started as a pot washer in Glasgow, but has worked his way up, cooking in Australia at Sydney’s The Bather’s Pavilion – where he learnt the discipline and technicalities of the job.
