Anthony's at Flannels

Anthony Flynn has been hailed as a culinary magician for the cutting edge cuisine he serves at Anthony's, his flagship Leeds city centre restaurant. At this all day restaurant, situated on the top floor of an upmarket clothing store, Flynn shows he can pull the casual dining rabbit out of the gastronomic hat too. Designer leather chairs, linen on the tables, exposed wooden rafters and loads of natural light make for a stylish, relaxing atmosphere in which to enjoy traditional tuna Nicoise salad or sirloin steak sandwich with caramelized red onions and English mustard mayonnaise. Flynn lets his fine dining background show through in lunch dishes such as scallops with mozzarella mousse, tomato concasse and basil foam and rainbow trout, pickled mouli, cucumber and wasabi yogurt.
