Modern Indian restaurant Bilash has chucked out the chintz and forgone the flock wallpaper to great critical approval. This smart city centre bistro has garnered positive reviews in the national press for its Bangladeshi and regional Indian specialities. You'll find familiar items like chicken tikka on the menu and the signature Goan tiger prawn masala has won awards, but its the inclusion of dishes such as Hyderabadi byriani and lal mass (a hot lamb curry from Rajasthan) that are rarely seen outside of the Subcontinent that makes Bilash such an interesting prospect.
