Francophiles will appreciate Burgundian snails in garlic herb butter; roquefort, pear and walnut soufflé and Maman Blanc’s soft meringue, chestnut puree and cream while the Glen Fyne Estate sirloin steak and big chips will please dedicated carnivores.
