Owner Colin McGurran ensures commitment to the highest of standards at Winteringham Fields. Luxurious ingredients abound on the ambitious menu; roasted lobster is indulgently paired with sautéed foie gras and a lobster and morel mushroom reduction while turbot comes with truffle risotto, mouclade velouté, foie gras butter and purple potato galette.
