Restaurant at The Bonham

The Bonham is a stylish, luxury boutique hotel set in a traditional Victorian townhouse in the West End of Edinburgh. The restaurant is sophisticated with dark wooden tables and chairs, wooden floors and use of sumptuous materials for curtains and drapes. The chef, Michel Bayer, has created the menu using seasonal sourced Scottish ingredients put together with a French flair to create modern classic dishes. Bayer's love of seafood is evident in a signature dish of seared hand-dived scallops served with crab cannelloni and a pear and caper dressing. There is a daily market menu that allows the quality of local fresh ingredients to shine through, and where depending on the day and the season, you may find grilled fillet of sea bass or a wood pigeon casserole.
