How about hot apple jelly with your starter of roast quail that’s accompanied by a boudin (sausage) made from the leg meat and a fried egg or a highly original dessert of honey roast parsnip and thyme soufflé with sweet cardamom ice cream, bitter chocolate and olive oil. More traditional dishes might include line caught seabass, salt cod brandade with a white bean and lobster “cassoulet”. For a real blow out, indulge in the 10 course Gourmand menu.
