The equally talented Richard Guest carries on the tradition, making the most of the natural bounty of the South West. Seafood from Brixham includes crab with marinated vegetables and avocado or scallops with broccoli purée and candied lemon. Fillet, rib and tongue of West Country beef is a must for your main course.
