Begin with a half dozen Kilbrandon oysters served with a Bloody Mary sauce followed by Pan-seared collops of monkfish soy braised pork belly, chilli and tomato dressing. Carnivores won’t go home unhappy with dishes such as Breast of duck with dauphinoise potatoes, puy lentils and red onion marmalade or pan-fried fillet of beef with rösti potato, vichy carrots, wilted spinach and roasted shallots to tuck into.
