Exposed beams and an open fireplace now used as a wine store contrasts with new wood flooring and smartly laid polished wood tables. Local produce gets a whirlwind tour around the globe on an eclectic menu stops off in Spain for grilled chorizo sausage with sweet potato pancake, rocket and manchego salad, spiced tomato salsa and almonds and travels to Asia for a main of braised pak choy with egg noodles, shitake mushrooms, chilli, bamboo shoots, quail eggs and goats cheese wantons. In summer, the restaurant is opens out onto a large secluded garden.
