11 The Quay Restaurant

Controversial modern artist Damien Hirst might be the man behind this quayside restaurant and bar, but they won’t try and serve you a plate of shark in formaldehyde. Hirst’s works do however decorate the interior of this restored Victorian Inn with its two first floor dining rooms, each with magnificent quay or bay views. A selection of fresh seafood, pastas, salads, and meat dishes are on offer over lunch and dinner, with nibbles being served in the bar area all day. Also, an excellent 2-3 course menu is offered with a choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts, at the fantastic price of £12.50 for two courses, or £15.00 for three. This is available over lunch every day, and between 6 - 6.30pm in the evening.
