Opus Restaurant’s modern British menu celebrates the seasonal variety of regionally sourced, quality produce. Their commitment is to free range meat and a large range of freshly caught wild fish delivered daily. Enjoy, for example, Cornish lamb with Brinjal potato, Aberdeenshire sirloin, free range Suffolk belly of pork with scallops, grilled Dover sole and a great British cheese plate.
