Open fireplaces and flagstone floors provide a atmospheric backdrop to the high-baked caramel leather chairs and linen covered tables. Winner of the prestigious Roux scholarship for young chef, Scott Hessel has learnt from the very best chefs in the country including Marco Pierre White and Pierre Koffman.
