The restaurant's three interconnecting dining rooms are individually styled; exposed brickwork and chandeliers make the Lamp Room just right for a romantic dinner while the bright and airy conservatory is perfect for a summer lunch. The menu mixes French classics such as terrine of foie gras, port jelly and caramelized brioche with more modern dishes such as a saltimbocca of roast salmon with sauce vierge.
