One Devonshire Gardens has long been one of Glasgow's best dining addresses. Now part of Hotel du Vin, this elegant oak paneled dining room offers a more refined experience than you'll find in the group's other more casual Bistros. The daily changing menu might include ravioli of lobster with glazed fennel, celeriac puree and sauce nantua or sautéed tranche of wild halibut with courgette flower beignet and mussel curry jus. For a more straightforward option, go for Gloucester Old Spot pork cutlet with a choice of sauces from the menu's Simple Grill Classics section. The wine list is as wide ranging and carefully chosen as you would expect given the name of the restaurant and there's is always expert help on hand to guide you through it.
