With its smoky cream walls hung with countless pictures, simple wooden tables and chairs and polished hard wood floor, Bistro du Vin offers modern European cooking in classic Parisian bistro-style surroundings. Order a well made steak tartare or high quality locally smoked salmon from the 'Simple Classics' menu or try the pan-fried turbot with cauliflower and chorizo risotto or a rich dish of corn fed chicken breast with seared foie gras and truffles from the regularly changing main menu. The wine list is as wide ranging and carefully chosen as you would expect given the name of the restaurant and there's is always expert help on hand to guide you through it. Relax with a cigar in the adjoining bar chosen from the walk in humidor.
