Husband and wife team Claude and Claire Bosi relocated their highly acclaimed modern fine dining restaurant from Ludlow in rural Shropshire to metropolitan Mayfair in 2007. Any doubts about how well the operation would make the transition were short lived. Wood panelling, a granite feature wall and olive green banquette seating help make this one of London’s most elegant dining rooms. Bosi combines ingredients and flavours in a recognisably modern, yet completely individual way, making a meal here as exciting as it is delicious. A signature pork dish in two servings first combines crisp belly with eel cooked in truffle jus and roast pineapple and follows it with an exquisite haute cuisine version of sausage roll served with black truffle dressing.
