Glenapp is a romantic and beautiful Scottish Baronial castle in 36 acres of beautiful gardens. Head Chef Adam Stokes revels in the fact that so many of the country’s finest ingredients are available nearby such as lobster and crab from Ballantrae Bay, beef and lamb from Girvan , and fruit, vegetables and herbs from the walled garden. On our daily changing, six course gourmet menu you might find a Salad of Ballantrae Crab with Granny Smith Apple and Ginger Beer Jelly, Fillet of Cairnhill Farm Beef with a Truffle and Foie Gras Cromesquis and Hot Passion Fruit Soufflé with Passion Fruit and Orange Jelly and a Lime Leaf Ice Cream.
