The Glasshouse

The Glasshouse puts an English slant on brasserie dining. Expect to start your meal in this bright and modern two story restaurant with the likes of smoked mackerel with celery, apple and walnut salad or Middle White pork brawn with piccalilli and toast. Fans of the now closed but fabled Merchant House restaurant in Ludlow will recognise consultant chef Shaun Hill's signature dishes such as calf’s sweetbreads with potato and olive cake and sautéed monkfish with mustard and cucumber sauce. The stylish ground floor cocktail bar is the perfect place for a pre-dinner Glasshouse fizz made with gin, elderflower cordial and champagne while the best tables in the house are in the first floor dining room.
