The elegant dining room features a rich décor of intense white, silver and purples and has captivating views of Marlow Weir. The seasonal menu of accomplished and beautifully presented dishes might begin with a tortellini of lobster with courgette pureé and courgette flower followed by saddle of Lune Valley lamb with a tian of provinciale vegetables and an olive jus. The best way to appreciate the full talents of chef Miles Nixon is to take the 7 course menu gourmand that might include fillet of sea bass with mushroom pureé and red wine reduction.
