Blanch House

The restaurant of Brighton's trendiest boutique hotel, Blanch House has been luring the London media crowd to the seaside since it opened in 2000. The chic white cube of a dining room features a menu that updates the classics. Beef Wellington comes with baby vegetables and Madeira jus, coq au vin is given the luxurious addition of a slice of seared foie gras and a familiar crème brulee gets a lemongrass flavoured makeover. New creations include seared pigeon breast with Jerusalem artichokes, poached quail egg & black pudding. Don't miss out on master mixologist Chris Edwardes cocktail creations in the stylish bar. Try a "Blasphemy" made from Johnnie Walker Gold, maraschino liqueur, pink grapefruit and nettle cordial.
