To sustain the unchallenged level of truly bourgeois cooking, they buy the finest ingredients ever week from the Rungis Market in Paris; fresh fish come very day form Newlyn, Cornwall; and everything else from handpicked local suppliers. To round off your meal, there are superb cheeses from La Fromagerie and wonderfully subtle puddings. As for wine, Adrian has masterminded an adventurous wine list - with over 40 of them available by the glass.
