This 'Medieval' manor house is in fact less than 100 years old. You can ponder this architectural achievement, and the menu of course, over a pre-dinner glass of champagne in the Hotel's beautiful rose garden. Then take your seat in the romantic stone walled, oak paneled dining room for some seriously good modern European cooking. Start with roasted quail with cep mushroom and Parmesan risotto with sage butter then follow with roasted seabass with fondant potato, black olive tapenade, roasted bok choy and scallop velouté. Vegetarians are well looked after with dishes such as open lasagne of roasted provençal vegetables with tomato fondue and butter sauce. Get up early to bag your seat for breakfast in the secluded courtyard.
