Richard and Lindsey John’s intimate restaurant is located in the little market town of Hessle, East Yorkshire. A lovely, grade two listed, Georgian town house is home to Artisan. A full house means sixteen customers, which Richard cooks for single handedly. Richard's food is lively prepared and is classical in style. There is a choice of two menu's, a consise a la carte and Artisan's very popular, six course tasting menu. Bring an appetite! Richard's wife Lindsey oversees the front of house with grace and charm.
