22 Mill Street Restaurant

This intimate twenty six-seat restaurant with rooms is tucked away just off the village square in the charming village of Chagford, making the perfect retreat after a day exploring Dartmoor National Park. The smart, cream coloured dining room is decked out with polish wood flooring, linen covered tables and leather chairs. A selection of menus include set lunch, a la carte, a multi-course tasting menu and vegetarian options. Starters might include a light ravioli of king prawn and basil, soused cucumber and clam nage or a more substantial crisp belly pork, Boudin Noir,toasted pine nut and tarragon risotto. Local and seasonal produce gets star billing in main courses such as grilled breast of Creedy Carver duck, pickled chicory, orange, capers and espresso.
