Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art
Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art is a magnificent building housing Scotland“s finest collection of 20th and 21st century paintings, sculpture and graphic art. Highlights include works by Picasso, Matisse, Giacometti, Sickert and Hockney and a collection by Scottish artists such as Peploe, Fergusson and Gillies. There are significant holdings of Surrealism and German Expressionism, and the Colourists right up to the present day, with over 5000 items on display. Sculptures by Moore, Hepworth, Paolozzi and the Landform by Carl Jencks are on display in the surrounding grounds.
