Clifton Park Museum, Clifton Lane, Rotherham, South Yorkshire

Clifton Park Museum is situated within Clifton House, built in 1783 as the home of Joshua Walker, the founder of Rotherham Ironworks. Inside is Britain´s finest collection of Rockingham Pottery along with glassware of South Yorkshire from the 18th and 19th century. Also on display are various Victorian domestic items and artefacts of the Walker family.

Opening Times: All year, Mon to Thu & Sat 10:00-17:00, Sun 13:30-16:30. Closed Fri. Please contact Museum for Christmas opening hours.
