Hartlepool Art Gallery

Hartlepool Art Gallery opened in 1996, is situated in a beautifully restored Victorian church. The programme of exhibitions is changed regularly and features the best of contemporary art and craft and a varied and innovative selection from Hartlepool´s collection. A unique feature of the Gallery is the 100ft clock tower which chimes quarterly from its six bells and you can also climb the tower and get the best views of the town and coast (small charge).
