Bewdley Museum

Bewdley Museum is housed in a historic and unusual 18th century Butchers Shambles and Brass Foundry. This unique museum provides a fascinating insight into the growth and trades of the town, the lives of its people, and the crafts of the surrounding Wyre Forest area. Richly illustrated with artefacts and archive photographs the varied displays are both undercover and open air and demonstrations in the traditional crafts of rope making and claypipe making can be observed throughout the day. The lovely herb garden and wildlife pond offer the chance to unwind and relax with light refreshments being available in the attractive tea shop and picnic area.
