There is a year-round programme of special events, ranging from story-telling for under-fives, art and craft workshops for children of all ages, to specialist lectures for adults. The Museum also has an exciting programme of changing exhibitions. The Manchester Museum is part of The University of Manchester, located on Oxford Road.
