The Lowry


The Lowry features the work of LS Lowry, Salford´s most famous son and one of the most popular of all English painters. Changing exhibitions explore the Lowry collection along with a wide range of contemporary and historical art from Britain and abroad. The Deck and The Promenade spaces have solo and group exhibitions by significant regional, national and international artists and photographers. Three theatres host a vast array of drama, opera, ballet, music, comedy, West End shows and family activity all year round.
