Grampian Transport Museum Trust

The Grampian Transport Museum Trust was formed in 1978 by a group of local enthusiasts. The displays and working exhibits trace the history of road travel and transport in the Grampian area, all housed in a large road gallery and restored railway station. Visitors are able to board a number of the exhibits including trams and a six wheeled Mack Snow Plough. Road vehicles on display include the famous Craigievar Express, a 19th century steam tricycle and the world´s oldest Sentinel Steam Waggon. Throughout the year numerous events are held.
