Doncaster Museum & Art Gallery


Doncaster Museum & Art Gallery is a purpose built Museum, opened in 1964 to display various collections of natural history, archaeology, local history and fine and decorative art. The King´s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry Regimental Gallery houses one of the most extensive medal collections in the country. The new history gallery `By River and Road´ is now open telling the history of Doncaster and the region. Throughout the year there is a temporary exhibition programme.
